Phone Orders
We’ve tried to make our online ordering process as simple as possible; however, you may find yourself in a position where you need to place an order while being away from a computer. Feel free to call Sonlife Classic (309.807.2459), and we’ll be more than happy to assist you over the phone. The Sonlife Classic web store is still the fastest way to place an order.
Returns
If you are unhappy with any part of your order, then we ask that you call Sonlife Classic (309.807.2459) within 10 business days of receipt of your product and get a return authorization number with shipping instructions for a full refund. Refunds will be issued once we’ve received your order. We may choose—at our discretion—to give partial refunds if a product is returned damaged.
Sonlife Classic will not accept returned DVD’s, podcasts, or any other e-goods downloaded from the Sonlife Classic web store. All purchase of DVD’s, podcasts, or e-goods are final.
Damaged Goods
Sonlife Classic wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Occasionally, items are damaged during shipping. If the item is still usable, then please take a picture of the damaged product and email it to us at store@sonlifeclassic.com with your name, address, date received, and quantity of each damaged good in the body of the email. In the SUBJECT line of your email, please enter your order #. We’ll give you a 25% refund off of each damaged product, so long as it is usable. If the product is not usable—we trust your judgment—then we’ll mail you a replacement at our expense. If it’s an emergency, we’ll do our best to make sure the product arrives on the date you need it, otherwise our default shipping method will be shipped UPS Ground.

If you have additional questions about a product or placing an order, then please call Sonlife Classic (309.807.2459). Our office hours are from 8:30AM – 4:30PM (CST). Calls received after 4:30PM (CST) will be handled on the next business day. Please leave a message with your name, email or phone #, and your question. Our desire is to resolve all conflicts or order discrepancies as soon as possible, and to see Christ glorified throughout the order and/or return process.
